Further Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Site plans for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also featured in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.

This development map is covered in notations in red and includes a legend labelling distinct sections of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.

Additional documentation made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
